The Ogon no Aji range is a yakiniku sauce made with 100% Japanese apples - more than a third of the weight is apple. The fruit's natural body helps the sauce cling to grilled meat just right, making yakiniku taste better still. Apples picked in season are stored and then selected by moisture content, sweetness and firmness. The medium hot version carries the sweetness of aromatic vegetables.
