A concentrated type in which one capsule seasons a single serving of hot pot broth, in 4 flavours, 22 capsules in total. The kimchi hot pot builds on the umami of sardine, krill, salmon and bonito, with the aroma of garlic and the heat of chilli. The whole chicken salt chanko blends bonito with the umami of Hokkaido-grown ma-kombu for a mild, refined flavour. The yosenabe uses a light soy sauce base that brings out bonito and kombu umami, finished with a touch of ginger. The soy milk sesame hot pot is built on soy milk, blending sesame paste with the aroma of toasted sesame for a rich, mellow taste. Use as many as you need for the number of people; besides hot pot, they also work well for seasoning udon, zosui and other dishes.
