Supervised by the cooking researcher Ryuji, an assortment of 2 bags each of Supreme Kimchi Hot Pot Soup and Supreme Chicken & Sansho Hot Pot Soup. The kimchi soup is built on a rich beef bone broth with chilli paste, red chilli, garlic and sesame oil for a deep savoury flavour. The chicken and sansho soup draws a refreshing aroma from Sichuan green sansho pepper, with Awa Odori chicken broth, kombu umami and the richness of hon-mirin added to a soy sauce base. Hot pot ingredients are not included; these are ready-to-use concentrated soup bases, 700g (serves 3 to 4) x 4 bags.
