The crispy rice is made from Japanese glutinous rice, fried in hot vegetable oil until crunchy. It is crisp at first, then turns pleasantly chewy as it sits. Four soup bases: Chinese soy sauce, seafood salt, spicy dan dan and yuzu pepper. The thick soup goes beautifully with the crisp rice. Mix and match the four bases as you like. Just add hot water. Under 80 calories per serving, so it stays light.

Dispatch: Items are first delivered to our warehouse in Shiga, Japan, where each one is checked before shipping. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday. Depending on supply, some items may need an extra 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery time: Hong Kong approx. 2–4 business days; East and Southeast Asia approx. 4–10 business days; other regions approx. 8–25 business days (excluding customs clearance).

Returns: Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery (14 days in the EU). Food, personal care items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
