Kuze Fuku Shoten Flavourful All-Purpose Dashi 8g x 35 sachets

Main ingredients: Yaizu katsuobushi, shaved bonito flakes, dried mackerel (Japanese), Setouchi dried sardines, Hokkaido kombu and dried flying fish (Japanese). Basic method: add 1 sachet to 400cc of water; once it boils, lower to a medium flame and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Suits udon broth, soba dipping sauce, chawanmushi, hot pot, takikomi rice, miso soup, fried rice and more. An all-purpose dashi for any dish and any regional palate, balancing the ingredients favoured across Japan - the bonito flavour preferred in Kanto, the mackerel flavour preferred in Kansai, and the dried sardine flavour preferred in Kyushu, Hokuriku and Shikoku. Made with bonito flakes, dried mackerel and dried sardines. Uses white soy sauce and Naruto baked salt so it will not colour your cooking. 8g x 35 sachets.
