Simple, yet with the handmade quality of a fine Japanese restaurant, and one sachet makes 2 servings. Three flavours are included: domestic young chicken, domestic red snow crab, and a limited-edition sea bream. The young chicken draws depth from jidori chicken stock and bonito dashi; the red snow crab combines stick crab meat with shredded crab for a generous crab aroma, with bonito dashi setting off its refined flavour; the sea bream uses shredded sea bream and sea bream stock with shiitake, bamboo shoot and the fragrance of yuzu for an elegant taste.
