An all-purpose topping made by steeping toasted sesame in Shinshu miso seasoned with the savour of bonito and kombu, then drying it. Soy-flavoured sesame and garlic chips are added at the end, so it suits almost any ingredient. No MSG (monosodium glutamate). Net content 220g x 2 jars. Sprinkle it over rice balls or a bento box; it is also good with dressed vegetable side dishes and chilled tofu, or with simply grilled meat and fish.
