Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping, free of charge on orders above a minimum spend and chargeable on orders below it. The exact shipping charge and the free-shipping threshold vary according to the buyer's location; the amount shown at checkout applies.

Delivery times
Delivery of a standard order takes approximately 2 to 25 working days, depending on the country or region. Hong Kong takes approximately 2 to 4 working days; East and Southeast Asia approximately 4 to 10 working days; the rest of Asia approximately 8 to 15 working days; and countries in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Oceania approximately 10 to 25 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong and Japan. During periods of high demand or in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Depending on availability, some items may require an additional 5 to 10 working days before they can be dispatched; you are welcome to ask us about dispatch and delivery times in advance.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the progress of your delivery on the relevant courier's website.

Customs clearance and events beyond our control
Estimated delivery times are provided by the delivery company. Actual delivery may vary as a result of international policy, customs procedures and global logistics conditions, for which we ask for your understanding. The time required for customs clearance is not included in the estimated delivery times set out above.
