100% autumn turmeric, spring turmeric and purple turmeric grown in Okinawa Prefecture, fermented whole using a patented process. Fermentation reduces the sugar content by 30% and raises the rate of low-molecular conversion by 30%. Absolutely no preservatives, bulking agents or colourings.
